This is the privacy statement of Kiekens Products BV, located in Almelo at Van der Hoopweg 19, registered with the Chamber of Commerce with no. 09080908. Hereafter, we refer to ourselves as "we".

This privacy statement applies to the processing of personal data of our customers, potential customers and other individuals who visit our website or have contact with us.

In this privacy statement, you can find information on how we handle personal data. We are responsible for the processing of your personal data and will exercise the utmost care and, of course, comply with the rules arising from the AVG.


Which personal data do we process?
Invoicing

If you place an order with us, we also process data needed to send invoices and process payments for the services we provide. In addition to your contact details, this includes your bank account number and any other payment details.

Contact

If you contact us via the contact form on the website, by e-mail or over the phone, we process the data you provide. This includes the contact details you provide to us (name, e-mail address, telephone number) and the reason why you contact us (e.g. because you have a question).

Website visitor analysis

Finally, we process analytical data about (the computer of) visitors to our website, via cookies that are placed when you visit the website. Through these cookies, (part of) the visitor's IP address is stored. Change my cookie preferences

Leadinfo

We use the lead generation service of Leadinfo B.V., Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The tool recognises company visits to our website based on IP addresses and shows us publicly available information, such as company names or addresses. In addition, Leadinfo sets two first-party cookies, to evaluate user behaviour on our website and the tool processes domains from form entries (e.g. "Leadinfo.com") to correlate IP addresses with companies and improve services. For what purposes and on what basis do we process personal data?
Invoicing

The payment details you have provided, we use to invoice work. This processing is necessary to perform the agreement you enter into with us.

Contact

The contact details you provide to us we use to contact you if necessary, for example to answer a question. We process this personal data because it is necessary to pursue our legitimate interest, namely the interest of being able to carry out our work and obtain new assignments

Website visitor analysis

The data we collect about visitors to the website is only used to keep statistics on visits to the website (e.g. to see which pages are most frequently viewed). The data is kept anonymised.

How long do we retain your personal data?
Administration

We retain our records, including invoices and other records on which the parties' personal data are listed, for a period of seven years after the end of the financial year in order to comply with tax retention obligations.

Other contact details

We retain other contact details for one year after the last contact, unless you submit a request to us to delete them earlier.

Website visitor analytics

We retain website visitor data for two years after the website visit, these are the default settings of Google Analytics.

With whom do we share your data?

Your data may appear in e-mails we send or receive, and are thus stored (and thus processed) by our ICT provider. We do not otherwise provide your data to third parties, unless we are required to provide certain data under applicable laws and regulations.

How will your data be secured?

We have taken appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from loss, misuse and unauthorised access by third parties. Moreover, we also require our ICT provider to implement such appropriate technical and organisational security measures.

What are your rights?

You have the following rights:

The right to inspect your personal data and receive a copy thereof.

The right to rectify your personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete.

The right to object to processing and/or - in certain cases - the right to restrict the processing of your personal data. In certain cases: the right to have your personal data erased ('right to oblivion').

The right to obtain your personal data in a structured, common and machine-readable form and to transfer that data to another person.

You can exercise your rights by contacting us at the e-mail address or telephone number listed at the beginning of the privacy notice.

Changes

Sometimes something may change in the personal data we process or the applicable regulations. In that case, we may amend this privacy statement. In case of substantial changes, we will post a notification on the website and inform you of the change by e-mail.
