We start each project with a thorough analysis of your situation, specifically looking at explosion risks and safety zones. We then guarantee compliance with documentation and — if necessary — certification by recognized bodies.
Does the system also fit in with future expansion or process change?

Can you also perform a baseline measurement?
Sure. A baseline measurement is often the first step in our collaboration. We measure dust emissions, air quality and risks in your current situation. Based on this, you will receive a clear advisory report with improvement proposals that not only meet the standard, but often also reduce costs and risks.
Do you also arrange the pipework and installation?
Yes, we provide complete solutions. This means that we not only design and produce the system, but also fully provide piping, assembly and commissioning. This way, you have one point of contact and one guarantee on the operation of the total.
What maintenance requirements does the system have and how often does it need to be performed?
Our systems are designed for maximum operational reliability with minimal downtime. Maintenance depends on use and application, but periodic inspections every quarter or six months are usually sufficient. We also offer maintenance contracts and notify the system itself if maintenance is required. (I don't think this is the case yet?)
What is the payback period of a central dust extraction system?
The payback period depends on the application, the size of your installation and the savings in maintenance, downtime and energy. In many cases, the investment pays back within 2 to 5 years. We always make a customized calculation.
Can the system be integrated with our existing installations?
Yes, integration with existing processes, machines or control systems is possible in almost all cases. Our engineers ensure a seamless connection, both technically and controllably.
How much energy does a central system consume?
Our systems are designed to be energy efficient. Thanks to smart control, frequency control and energy recovery (where possible), consumption is often lower than decentralized solutions. During the advice process, you will receive an indication of the consumption in your situation.
