The Kiekens Dustmaster DM4000 and DM5000 are mechanically cleaned fabric filters with a compact design and suitable for a wide range of applications. This can be in a central dust extraction system or "stand alone" in the immediate vicinity of the dust source.

The filter is cleaned after use using the filter whisk system. After switching off the Dustmaster, the filter is knocked for 15-30 seconds. There is a choice of different fans (capacity), filter surfaces and dust discharge options.
When the Dustmaster is used i.c.w. health hazards, a HEPA filter module can be fitted between the main filter and the fan to capture even the smallest particles.
The Dustmaster DM4000-5000 requires minimum maintenance. The necessary maintenance can be carried out easily, with the large inspection door providing easy access to the filter and filter cleaning system.
